Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Cares, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, helped raise $7,000 during the “Take Steps” Walk for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) at Huizenga Plaza. According to Linda Lafferty, Regional Senior Vice President, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Palm Beach, “We have taken a giant step to raise funds for research to improve treatment and find a cure for Crohn’s disease. Approximately 70,000 Floridians suffer from Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis.” The two-mile walk featured a complimentary continental breakfast, raffle prizes, a kids’ bounce house, face painting and smooth jazz music from Love 94 FM.
First Southern Bank has named Terri Russo as Vice President/Commercial Lender, a newly-created position focused on flexible loan programs that are designed to meet the ever-changing needs of condominium and homeowner associations. Russo joined the bank in 2003, and has been a vice president since 2004. A Certified Bank Secrecy Act / Compliance Officer, she most recently served as High Risk Officer. Prior to joining First Southern, she held banking positions in Coral Springs, Boca Raton, Key Biscayne, Miami and Naples, and began her financial services career in 1981.
