The Florida business law firm Berger Singerman announced that the attorneys from the law firm Libow & Shaheen have joined the firm. Attorneys Allen Libow, Melissa Melzer and William Shaheen will be members of Berger Singerman’s Transaction Team resident in the firm’s Boca Raton office. Berger Singerman is a Florida business law firm with offices in Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Tallahassee.
Ada’s Natural and Organic Foods Supermarket and Deli has just signed a lease agreement with Woolbright Development for 14,000 square feet at the Shops at Boca Grove in Boca Raton. Ada’s began more than 50 years ago with a small store in Fort Myers and now has three stores in southwest Florida. When the Boca Store opens in late 2008, Boca Raton will be Ada’s first location on Florida’s East Coast and second in a Woolbright shopping center. Ada’s will open by year’s end at Woolbright’s Collection at Vanderbilt in Naples. Michael Tegge and Gloria Kramer, leasing agents with Woolbright Development, handled this transaction.
Boca Raton based Agilysys, Inc. has received two of only five awarded 2007 IBM Retail Store Solutions (RSS) Solution Provider Excellence Awards. The awards, which were earned by Agilysys Hospitality Solutions and Agilysys Retail Solutions, are the highest recognition the IBM RSS brand has to offer. Additionally, Agilysys’ Hospitality Solutions EMEA operations received an IBM RSS Solution Provider Excellence Award for the European market.
